  • Access to Accounts and Information: The client is responsible for providing timely access to social media accounts, website hosting, and any necessary analytics or advertising accounts.

  • Accuracy of Information: The client agrees to provide accurate information, including branding guidelines, content approvals, and business objectives.

  • Timely Communication: GENERETE relies on prompt client feedback for efficient project completion. Delays in responses may affect project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. GENERETE will not disclose any confidential information unless required by law or authorized by the client.

7. Privacy Policy

GENERETE is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

  • Data Collection: We collect data necessary to deliver services, such as contact information, campaign performance data, and website analytics.

  • Use of Data: Data collected is used solely for service delivery, improvement, and performance analysis. We do not sell client data to third parties.

  • Data Sharing: Client data is shared only with authorized personnel, partners, and contractors working on the client’s project.
